Fresh-Fruit Smoothie


  • 1 large orange
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup water


  1. Peel orange and place flesh in a blender. Add banana, pineapple, raspberries, and water.
  2. Blend on highest speed for 1–2 minutes or until smooth. If there are too many raspberry seeds, run the smoothie through a sieve.

Serve immediately.
