Don’t give up on giving up — now’s the time to quit.
Smoking increases risk for severe illness related to COVID-19. Getting help can triple your chances of quitting.
Quitting is different for everyone, but one thing is the same — now more than ever, you need to keep your lungs strong. There are THREE free ways for you to get the help you need, and each one offers follow-up support. Call the Quitline or talk to a trained counselor in person to learn if you qualify for free nicotine replacement therapy and pharmaceuticals based on your income.
Pick the option that’s right for you.
