Expert Quit Coaches® and registration specialists are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week (excluding Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Independence Day). You can call our toll-free support line anytime you need additional information or support.

If you prefer, you can talk to a trained local counselor in person. Just call the toll-free Quitline number to arrange an appointment.

The web program is convenient and tailored to fit your personal needs. Our Quit Coaches® will help you conquer your urges to smoke at your own pace. Our online learning and support community offers stage-based information, interactive lessons and exercises, and tracking tools to help you quit. You can interact with Quit Coaches® in the discussion forums 24/7. These forums allow you to learn behavioral tips from Quit Coaches® and other participants in the program who are quitting or have successfully quit in the past. You will also receive motivational and educational emails throughout the program. All you need to register is a valid email address. Enroll online today.
