  • Eat five or more fruits and vegetables each day. They fight disease and are full of natural energy.
  • Limit recreational screen time to no more than two hours each day (includes TV, computer, gaming).
  • Get an hour or more of physical activity each day.
  • Avoid sugary beverages. Even a small amount prevents weight loss.
