Don’t give up on giving up.
Everyone knows that it can be a struggle to quit smoking. But getting help can triple your chances of success.
Different people need different resources as they try to quit. Now there are THREE free ways to get the help you need, and each one offers follow-up support. Call the Quitline or talk to a trained counselor in person to learn if you qualify for free nicotine replacement therapy and pharmaceuticals based on your income.
Pick the option that’s right for you.
There are three ways Delawareans can participate in the Delaware Tobacco Prevention and Control Program’s Cessation services:
Speak with us by phone: 1-866-409-1858
Our compassionate specialists will assess your needs and explore your best options — both now and down the road.
Or make an appointment.
If a phone call is too uncomfortable, or if going online is too informal, call the Quitline at 1-866-409-1858. We’ll schedule an appointment for you to talk with a trained counselor in person.
Quit Coaches® are here to help.
They’ll help you conquer your urge to smoke at your own pace, with online support that includes tracking tools to help you quit — and much more!
If you prefer, you can talk to a trained local counselor in person. Just call the toll-free Quitline number to arrange an appointment.
