Chronic pain is pain that lasts six months or longer. It not only impacts a person physically, but also alters a person’s ability to plan for day-to-day challenges. This evidence-based program can help you gain the skills to manage these issues in coordination with your health care team.

Self-Management Workshops Are Interactive and Informative.
